Good morning! Life is all about simple pleasures and one of my favorites is sleeping in on the weekends and making something yummy for breakfast or brunch. There was nothing complicated about this recipe and you might even have everything you need already in your kitchen. Healthy and satisfying, this coffee smoothie is a unique way to get your fruit and caffeine kick at the same time. I paired it with my
homemade granola bars and had a great weekend breakfast.
Vanilla Coffee Banana Smoothie
Here's what you need:
Banana, peeled and sliced
3/4 C cold vanilla coffee
3/4 C fat free milk
2 tsp honey
1 T ground flax seed
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Handful of ice
Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth.
