This dip could not be more simple! Easy, healthy snack? Coming right up!

Healthy Spinach Yogurt Dip

Healthy Spinach Yogurt Dip
5 oz (1/2 a 10 oz box) frozen spinach, thawed and drained
6 oz or 3/4 C plain, non-fat greek yogurt
1 tsp hot sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt

In a small bowl, combine yogurt, garlic, salt and hot sauce. Stir in spinach and mix well. Serve with cracker or on toasted bread. 

You could add so many things to this to make it your own! Keep this on file for a super quick appetizer or snack.
